Miley's hair covers her shoulders. It's hard to tell if it is not the same because it seems too much.

I saw a picture that was recored s few days ago; she wore that shirt but guess what. It was too big for her- i think nicky borowed her a shirt

Actually I own said shirt and it looks EXACTLY like that at the shoulders. However I wear a large and I have a pretty small frame, I don't think they make one that would fit Nick.
